This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping practices of Lone Star Research, a division of Lone Star Services, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described herein.


1. Minimum Order Requirement

1.1 Our services are exclusively available to research laboratories or their authorized representatives. As such, we enforce a minimum order value of $100 to ensure compliance with this policy.

1.2 We do not sell products directly to end users or consumers. All purchases must comply with our Terms of Use Agreement.


2. Shipping Methods and Costs

2.1 All qualifying orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Air at no additional cost. This ensures timely delivery of temperature-sensitive materials.

2.2 Orders are packaged in thermally regulated containers with cold packs to maintain product integrity during transit. Additional precautions are taken for highly sensitive products to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.

2.3 Expedited shipping options may be available upon request at the Lab’s expense. For such requests, please contact us at support@lonestarlab.org.


3. Temperature-Sensitive Packaging

3.1 Products requiring specific temperature conditions are shipped with industry-standard packaging materials designed to maintain the required temperature range.

3.2 Thermally regulated shipping ensures:

  • Protection against temperature fluctuations during transit.
  • Maintenance of product stability and effectiveness.
  • Compliance with storage guidelines outlined in product documentation.

3.3 Labs are advised to unpack and store shipments immediately upon receipt to maintain product viability.


4. Order Processing Time

4.1 Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

4.2 Any delays caused by incomplete documentation or payment issues will be promptly communicated via email or phone.


5. Delivery and Risk of Loss

5.1 Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to FedEx’s service schedules. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

5.2 Risk of loss transfers to the Lab upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Labs are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and notifying us of any discrepancies within 48 hours.


6. Returns and Replacements

6.1 Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Reconstituted products are non-returnable under any circumstances.

6.2 If a product is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will investigate and, if warranted, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.


7. Compliance and Restrictions

7.1 We comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the shipment of research chemicals. Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on the destination.

7.2 Labs are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws applicable to the receipt and use of our products.


8. International Shipping

8.1 At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to addresses within the United States.
